In order to unlock the achievement for reporting a map problem, you must also resolve it yourself by logging into the Waze Map Editor (WME):

I found this answer by doing the following (using Internet Explorer; Chrome finicky with Quick Help\nanoRep interface):

1. Go to http://www.waze.com/support/
2. Type in "Achievements"
3. Scroll to bottom until you see: "Still can't find what you're looking for? Click here"
4. Click on "Click here" hyperlink
5. Categories appear...
6. Click on "Next >>"
7. Click on "Problems with my Waze account" category
8. Expand topic: "I reported a map problem that got resolved and I never got my bonus candy!"
9. Answer Provided
10. However, if you've already solved your own map problem and achievement (or other achievements) are still not unlocking, you'll now see a new option available at the bottom of the repNano window:

"If you cannot find your answer, Please click here to contact us".

Well, I got my answer.

One can argue, that the problem report should be enough, or perhaps, that you also fix a problem.

This way, I have to report a problem, and HOPE it is not resolved by someone else, before I get back (and furthermore wait until it hit the web at some time. The updating from app to web is quite irratic.)

When you report the map problem, be sure to enter something in the description requesting that the map problem (aka Update Request) be left open for you to resolve. This should notify editors and prevent them from closing it.

In the second and third example, there was no recalculation, but I was stopped at the light before each of those right turns.

This also generated a lot of UR's related to said issue.

hi! i love waze but the v3.7.2 version doesn't work as well for what i use it for! i've had three issues:

1. the "add stop" function no longer works. it will let me go through the motions to add a stop, but then it says i will arrive there at the current time or in one minute, and it doesn't change the direct route from where i am to my final destination. i was using this function every day to take my kids to daycare and then find the best route for my 30-min drive to work! i depended on the eta's! i miss it!

2. the speedometer is gone. i liked having it to compare to my needle speedometer (and knew to use the car one for accuracy in the event of a pullover. i just liked it much).

3. i keep getting bp notices, which i love because that is the gas station i use. but i live in north carolina and they keep showing up with florida addresses (yet on my charlotte map) and saying they're 3 miles or minutes away, then they disappear before i get there (i guess they are real addresses in florida and somehow superimposing themselves on my map)?

i REALLY want to keep using waze, i love the concept and personality - but i've had to use my iphone map/nav a couple of times because of getting frustrated with these issues. help me!

Bug
Alerts comes and leave the gray shading over the map, after being closed, making it impossible to interact with the map...
Workaround:

Need a cold start of the app to release the map:
Exit the app;
Kill Waze on the recently used apps;

Navigation is not working, I lost my favorites and there is blank search results when trying to get an address. The additional odd thing is that is will ask if I am traveling to one of my favorites and navigate to it but it does not list in my favorites.

I have some issues:
1) show double kilometers to go but correct eta; after stop and recalculate the route, kilometers and eta are correct. Someone told me the same error occured in 2.x version;
2) some (2-3) crashes of the application in a week, never occured before;
3) now the region "Puglia" is found as "Apulia": it's not correct
