No Map

Not sure whats happened, but recently downloaded the app and everythings was ok. I could see the map of my area (wellington, New Zealand) and the very next day I have no map. I can see the pointer, but just a blank background.

Any thoughts?

Have you tried to refresh the map on your client (Menu -> Settings -> Advanced -> Data Transfer -> Refresh Map of My Area)? That will only download of the current tiles, it does not trigger a tile build on the server.

You do need a data connection, as well as an active GPS chip at all times when using Waze.
