Waze for Windows Phone 8 - Argentina Store

When will this app be available on the Argentina Store? and if I try to install if from the web,

If its a beta, I would really like to participate I am an active user of the app on android and switched to WP8.

It's been asked A LOT. Please search. WP8 beta is not accepting testers at this time.
