Switched to Galaxy S2, Waze stopped working

Post by t-timmy
Hi,

Something really weird going on.
I changed my phone to GalaxyS2. Downloaded Waze, logged in.
The screen stays without a map for a long time (waited half an hour and still nothing).
Any address I type I get "No results found", even really easy addresses (example: "Tel Aviv").
I have an internet connection, I can use other applications just fine.

I just now sent the logs from my phone (Help -> Send Logs).

Can anyone help?

Make sure your gps is switched on when you run the app for the first time.

Thanks, but I made sure and it's on.
Then I'm not sure what could be the problem. I would suggest that you go to the Android v3.7.3 Official Feedback Thread and see whether you can find the answer there.

BTW the latest version now is 3.7.3.1

If you can't find the answer there, the other option is to try to down grade to Version 3.7.2 and see whether it helps solved the problem.

If it can't solve the problem, post your findings in the Official Feedback thread.
