for your information, I got the same crash issue than you yesterday with my Lumia 635, except when I was in flight mode.
I did not uninstall waze app meanwhile, and it did not load voices when it worked again. is there a link between those 2 behavior?

now everything is OK.

it was an experience for me to use here drive+ during that moment:
- the route to my work was not the same than with Waze given usually!
- there is a good feature not present on Waze: the speed limit is known for each road and an alarm is ringing when we drive faster.

however I will stay with Waze. Of couse.

everyone with WP has v3.7.4.5, the latest one !

about your tip, I am surprised as I never had any waze app crash with my setup (WP 8.1), except end of October during one day but this was special.

yes messages are not displayed, and for Jpopadak, facebook is not working. all voices are not working too.
once you got a working voice, keep it (without street name direction).

this is 2 of the smal bugs in this version, not preventing me to use waze daily on my WP.

Hi, I never got this kind of issue with my Nokia.
i have reinstalled several time my Waze app on my WP 8.1 but never because my ID and password was lost.
is waze installed on your phone in the main memory or in a SD card?

je n'ai pas eu ce problème, ayant créé mon compte avant, mais j'ai compris que sur certains telephones, ce bouton d'acceptation des CGU était caché en bas par la barre de commandes "fleche fenetre recherche".
il faut faire disparaître cette ligne de commande et le bouton apparaît.

it was the same for me since 4 or 5 days... until today where I have back now "Annuler" and "Quitter" again.
Shut Down is not displayed anymore.

for the Email messages, I have the same issue too but as the messages are not loaded, the bandwidth of used data should be very low...

I Use English (UK) - Carole and it's working fine with my WP.
i have not the street names but it's not a a big issue.

most of your issues were already discussed in this thread. This WP waze version 3.7.4.5 exists for 3 years, without any evolution and nothing new in what you are asking.
please read this thread first and indeed make short posts with clear questions !

please read the old posts before giving always the same issues again and again.
