Waze is partly supporting this already as a "point of interest" or "places" as it is called in the Waze world.

If you search for the category "laddstation" in the search filed, they will popup up in a list or on the map.

And if you miss one, just add a new Place from the app when you are att the missing charging station, or help out with improving the map via the Waze Map Editor.

It would be lovely if you added electricity as an option in the settings for preferred fuel just like 95, E85, Diesel etc.
