Waze forum

Hello,
I installed waze on my Mediacom G530, but unfortunately I can not see the map, I see squares on a blue and white and it says BIG.
I have a data connection and GPS active.

I tried uninstalling the program and reintallare 3 times but nothing changes

What should I do?

"BIG" typically indicates a GPS issue... The map is centered around 0/0 (lat/long).

Is there a target looking button on the left side of the screen? If so, tap it...

Try typing this into search (Menu->Navigate) "##@coord" (without the quotes) - that should show you the GPS coordinates Waze is receiving from your phone.

What kind of phone? Make/Model? What OS? What OS version?

Also, moving out of the Localization forum as this is more for translations of the app...

ok nothing changes, it centers the map
