How to delete a group ?

Hi everyone !

A few time ago, I've created a group on Waze, but I'd kile to delete it know, and I don't know how to do ...
I've been looking for it on Google, but I haven't found any answer yet ...
I wrote to "support at waze dot com" last week, but still no answer and the group is still online ...

Hope someone can help ...

Try this: Go to the Support page. Click on "Ask a Question" Type 'delete group' in the box. Follow the instructions. I have no idea if these instructions are still valid, though. A lot has changed with respect to groups in the last year or so.

Sorry, I have no idea. I've never tried to delete a group before. If you can't find the option, you can use the Ask A Question box to submit a ticket. It takes quite a few steps to get to it, so we created a answer in the FAQ on how to get to that point. Look at the nanorep section.

Your post suggest you sent an email by the way you wrote it. The other method actually creates a ticket in their system. Let me see if I can get someone to take a look.

Yes, you've said you get nothing for that. Very strange. I wonder if you change to English for the website if it makes any difference. Also, what about "remove group" ? :mrgreen:

You cannot delete a group while there are still other members in it.
You'd have to get rid of the members first.

Sadly Alan, it was the first thing I tryed on my mobile, but when i go on my group page, i see "Delete" "Leave" and "Join" but after a fraction of a second, these 3 icons disappear and only "Edit" stays ...
No time to clic anywhere ...

I don't f***kin understand ...
