I found the solution for Android users :D :D :D

go to settings > Language and input > Voice recognizer
and make sure to choose "Google" NOT "Samsung powered by Vingo"

Problem solved :lol: :lol: :lol:

hi i have the same s4 4.3 issue, exept mine just hangs at "wait" it doesnt connect. my interner connection is fine(all other internet apps work)

That is the correct solution. It works for Sansung Galaxy S4. Thanks a lot!

Don't wait for other solution, that is the one that made it fail
