I have the achievements for driving 2 and 3 days and 500 miles, but the 4th day achievement hasnt unlocked (i've driven every day for the past 7 days).

The Contact Us is an infinte loop - pretty poor design for what feels like a company with their heads screwed on.

So any ideas?

I also have a problem with the 500 miles achievement award.

I have clocked a total of 893 km from a period of 3 feb - 9 Feb ( Monday - Sunday) but passed the 500 miles (805 km i assume) on the 6th of Feb.

Does the candy appears after the week ends? or normally straight after the 500 miles been travelled?

For further information, I am located in Sydney, Australia and the total 893 km was totalled up straight of my waze account (Drive tab)

I am experiencing the same problem. Although I have been using Waze for ages now for more than 4000 kms almost every day, I still have many achievements that I fulfill the requirements of yet I cannot accomplish (actually all of the remaining ones I have done but they don't unlock). What can be the issue? Can you please help because I cannot jump rank for months now because of this. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately I had them accomplished (but not unlocked) well before, all of them at least 4-5 months ago. I hope this server delay will be the case, but I see small chance for that Anyway I've sent the support team a question directly through the support website, hope they'll figure it out. What's even worse is that I am not receiving any points after regular driving!!

Yeah, I can't find a contact us link or email anywhere either. I have a similar achievement problem, only with driving 4 days in one week.

You get 100 points for the first week you drove 2 days. You'll get 200 points next week, if you drive 3 days... That means that the first week you get only points for two days of driving even if you drove 7 days

I have the same issue, I've been running the app almost daily for the last 7-8 weeks and I am not even able to unlock the "Driving for 2 days in a row" achievement. Is this a known glitch?

It says in the top questions to contact Waze, but I'm too dumb to find a contact form or email address on their support site.

Same issue here - did you guys find a solution, or an e-mail address?

Have you been achieving those goals bewteen today and November ?

If so it might just be delayed, there seems to have been server issues, and some people are only seeing their achievements from November slowly appearing now. Yours are probably also in queue and will unlock once the servers catch up.
