[SUPPORT]Waze down?

Postby Atlas85 » Wed Mar 23, 2011 10:13 am

I had waze running just a moment ago, and suddenly it asked for my username and password. Obviously, as I was already wazing at the moment and thus logged on, I considered this a minor bug. However, upon entering the (100% certain!) correct username and password, the client told me it was wrong. What's going on? Am I the only one suffering from this?!

I can log in to the client again too. Signing in on world.waze.com has never been a problem (that's why this topic is posted in "client").

So this was just a few-hour hick-up.

Which device are you using? Which OS version?
Answer: Samsung Galaxy S, Android 2.2.1

Which Waze version?
Answer: latest release

When approximately did the problem occur? Does it still happen?
Answer: 15 minutes before my original post. No, it doesn't happen anymore.

Thanks!

You are welcome.

Hi guys,

We are looking into it.

Could you please provide the following details? It might be really helpful in order to figure this out.

Which device are you using? Which OS version?
Which Waze version?
When approximately did the problem occur? Does it still happen?
Thanks!

I can login to world.waze.com without any problems, and edit the map just fine.

Edit: the client works okay for me too.
