Here's the reply:

--------

In reply to your inquiry "I can't see any traffic reports"

We have a server problem in Hawaii, Puerto Rico and more island like those.

We are working to fix it as soon as possible because we know you guys can't see other drivers, reports ect'.

I hope it will be fixed soon.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best Regards,

Natali

I have my eye on this situation, it's pretty bad, trust me, I'm on this everyday.

I've been getting zippity-doo-dah in reports for the last day or so. I know other Wazers here have had this situation even longer (not sure why the problem seems so sporadic). The last report I got was this:

The Puerto Rico link, again.

Today I filed my own support ticket. I realize you said they're working on it. Just wanted to add another nudge to the misery of the techs! :?

Actually the more the better, they need to understand that this problem is affecting hundreds of people, if not thousands. Maybe this weight might shift their priority to fix this issue once in for all.

That must be one hell of a jam to be 6000 miles away, yet still be "around you" :D

Just to add: Still getting complaints, and experiencing myself, trouble getting reports to stick. Had one today disappear. In case I can't get the attachment to upload: I got an "all reports" page with only two entries: one from the Big Island of Hawaii, and the other from Puerto Rico.

Thank you. I'm still getting URs about this problem, as well as the map not being visible to some.
