1. Include the location of your Update Request in the "Subject:" line of your message post.
2. Include a Permalink to the segment(s) you wish to unlock or have updated
- Click on the road segment to be unlocked or for multiple segments, press the "M" key, then click each segment.
- Click on chain-link "Permalink" in the lower right corner below the map.
- Perform a COPY of the URL (web address) from your browser's address bar.
- Perform a PASTE of the URL into your message post.
3. Provide a short explanation of why you need the unlock or update done.
