What do the "Km/Hour thought bubbles" in the map signify? Is it the average speed of vehicles in that particular road at that time? Thanks...

yes, that is exactly what it is. the average speed of the vehicles when that indicator was displayed. however, when traffic clears and no wazer passes by, the indicator will stay there.
