Is there any reason why the scorecard and the dashboard are not updating. The last update is 4 days ago.

Please note that it takes time to process all drives, edits, updates, deletes, etc. on the servers. There are two main servers, namely: US and Rest of the World. There used to be a separate server for Israel, but that is now also integrated with the ROTW server. All these countries' data needs to be processed and takes some time. Usually, the dashboard refreshes around 12:00 to 13:00 (12NN - 1PM) local PH time. The scoreboard usually within a few hours after.

The tiles (which reflect the updates of the maps on the Waze App) are updated once a day at around 6:00 AM Philippine time.

If and when there is any kind of delay, it is usually not very long, and everything is normally updated and synchronized within hours of what I mentioned above. However, if it takes longer than that, there could be something wrong, and this can be checked on the Waze status page at http://status.waze.com/

INTL environment – extended delay in points upadate
Hi Wazers,

A few days ago we announced an expected delay in points update in the INTL server.

Unfortunately, the maintenance work is taking longer than expected and therefore, the points update will be delayed in a few more days.

We currently expect to have the points updated early next week.

Yes, new map edit scores are displayed on the next update map. Don't worry no points are lost and they will show up eventually in the dashboard. In regard to the unlock request, I point you to go the the lock/unlock request forum on the main forum page. The procedures for request is in there.

It is my first time to edit a map last night and I have some questions,

I have updated several roads and landmarks in my home town but my map edit still displays 0 edits. Does it really take several days to display the map edits on my profile?

ALso there are several errors in some roads in my hometown but they are locked for level 3 how do I unlock that or request to have it edited?

The update is only upto 23 April. No further update after that date.

Dashboard already updated but scorecard not yet. When will this sync?
