TPLEx continues where SCTEx stops after the Tarlac exit. As of this time, the TPLEx continues all the way to Rosales, Pangasinan, which is the last exit.
By 1st or 2nd quarter of 2016, the remaining section all the way up to Rosario, La Union will be opened to the public.

To correct my previous post, the last exit at the moment is the Carmen Exit (which is close to Rosales). This exit leads to MacArthur Highway entering Rosales, Pangasinan. The next exits will be Urdaneta, Pozorrubio and Rosario. After the completion in 2016, there are plans to extend the highway further, all the way up to Laoag, Ilocos Norte.

SCTex ends in La Paz (Tarlac City) exit. TPLex starts after the Tarlac City clover leaf.

The Carmen-Urdaneta section of TPLex has just been opened. The last exit is along Mac Arthur highway between Urdaneta and Binalonan, Pangasinan.

This has already been mapped ever since the news came out last December 18. Unfortunately, the latest tile update only got edits up to December 17 so it is still not yet on the client map
