Hi there once again Darius..

I converted the segment to Walking trail and disconnected it from the main road going to Congressional Rd Ext, so that historical speed data is retained. However, looking at the GPS tracks from the Map Editor, there seems to be a sizeable amount of movement into and out of that very segment you pointed out..

When was the road closed, if we may ask?
