Reason: I live on this street. This was made one-way (A>B; west to east) since late 2019 (I think). People don't follow this rule before since the signage was just a wood-framed tarpaulin. Now, the signage is already put in a steel post. Waze-users encounter issues in going east to west on this segment because of vehicles parked on both sides, only one lane is passable. Arguments usually arise.
