After northbound of Sergio Osmena Blvd. is done, southbound would be next to be repaired.

i saw a UR before stating you cannot go through EastBound.
you need to Turn Right South then execute a U-Turn (legal/allowed) Northbound and then make a Right Turn Eastbound again to continue through.

yes, when i saw the area, i knew it wasn't the intersection i was talking about

ok chief, do holler for continued unlocking for road repairs.

for long term road closures (say a month), we can append "(CONST ZN)" to the current road name as well. then remove the suffix when the road is opened for full service/traffic load
