How to get started as a Level 1 editor

Post by MasterNinjaB52
Hi guys! I am a new user and I'd like to get started in editing. I've watched the videos and have read the etiquette and best practices, but it seems level 1 editing is limited. how do we actually get started and how do you rise up from the ranks?

Thanks!

Hello and welcome Wazer!

Browse through our section of the Waze wiki to familiarize yourself with the editing guidelines for the Philippines. https://wiki.waze.com/wiki/index.php?ti ... _resources

If you plan on editing in Metro Manila, 99% of the roads here have been mapped. What you can do is check within your area if there are any missing roads, incorrect turns, street names, etc. If you find any and the segments are locked, you can request for a lowering of the lock here viewforum.php?f=311

What you can also do is to add places in your area, if an area does not exist you can add them freely, adding as much detail as you can. You can also edit existing places, although your edits would have to be approved by senior editors.
