Wrong Business address

Hello. Can someone please help me to correct our business address or location in the map.
NAPAO DENTAL LABORATORY AND SUPPLY
The correct address is #24 Doña Consolacion Avenue, St. Francis Village, Dolores, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines.

Below pic attached. The correct location is encircled in red.

unfortunately your place is NOT yet listed in the waze database.
the result you are getting on the waze app is pulled from Google Map's database
as can be seen here: https://goo.gl/yZfdfe

but upon checking with Google Maps, your place's location seems to have been corrected.
