Territory update request

Dont exactly know where these kind of requests must be sent...
These are the islands in Yellow Sea, which belong to South Korea, but when I try to name roads on it the list in combo box for countries is not populated. So can someone fix this and make those islands South Korean territory?

Why don't you try to connect the road to the island from the land which is belong to South Korea. then you can remove the temporary road added by you.
