Reason for request:
Need to connect Zambesi Park Complex to Sefako Makgatho Dr (R513), as well as create cross connections between the West and East bound lanes for normal turning points and add high usage entrance way to Gaby's Spar parking.

Downlocked. The cross connections tend to create more issues than what they're worth. I'll monitor the routing though to see if there are any issues.

Majority done, thanks. This section is locked (didn't ask for unlock there :) ) and it has a No Right turn onto the new Blyde Ave cross section. I haven't yet seen a driver turn right / make a u-turn there out of the West bound lane(s), so it should be ok or do you feel it should be allowed?
