Have you considered unsplitting Boul Taschereau?

Yes, perhaps. Generally, having the road split creates some potential issues like u-turns and such. It pretty much needs to be 3-lanes in each direction (and a significant central barrier) to bother having it split.

There are special instructions for how to unsplit on the wiki. Let me know if you need a link.

I found the link, but since the problem was due to a restricted turn that should not have been I think you have solved the problem. If I see anything that seems to be caused by the road being split, I'll talk to pydagenais about unsplitting the road. Thanks again!
