Important Intersection Update, North Vancouver

This intersection to the south of Hwy 1 and north of Fern St. has had some major work done to it. Fern St. is also a cul-de-sac now.

I took a quick stab at it, but I would even move the eastern junction with the ramps up North a bit to match the new geometry. (I don't have Level 4 access)

I haven't driven it yet, but have seen it from the highway!

Furthermore, the Fern St portion which is now a cul-de-sac should be downgraded to a local Street
