British Columbia Ramp Naming & Control City
Hey BC!
I noticed one thing: ramp naming doesn't seem to be too consistent.

Our current Canadian/US/Global guidance is slightly ambiguous (or at least not followed), and I would like to clear it up. In BC, as far as I can see, the control city seems to be in larger print, and generally above or to the right of the highway shield. This is different from the rest of NA that I have driven in, where at least generally, the control city is smaller, below, and/or to the right of the shield: ON,IL,MI,WA,CA; and it begs the question which convention BC should follow:
1) Follow exactly per US guidance (which Canada falls back to)

2) Explicitly state in the BC wiki to not follow the guidelines, and to something like this:

We should probably remind somewhere in the BC wiki to follow this. For entrance ramps, use this format: "to [street name] [direction] / [control city]", where applicable.
2) Explicitly state in the BC wiki to not follow the guidelines, and to something like this:
For ramps, always following the reading order of the sign (top-left to bottom-right).
