Hello from Colorado!

Post by JaredTheKing
Hey guys,
I'm going to be having at least partial editing rights here in Utah basically all summer long. I'll mainly be able to edit in The Basin (along Highway 40ish), and from I-70 at the Utah/Colorado border and then along US-6 to Spanish Fork. Right now, I'm going to try to work getting Roosevelt and Vernal up to date with correct road names.

I'm just wanting to clarify how you name your roads here. I've seen on the Utah wiki that you use SR-xxx but do you guys use the local names of highways, or do you stick to the numbers? Also with the grid system here, I'm assuming that naming lets say, 500 E, it would need to be entered as N 500 E. Am I correct with this?

Also, does anybody know how well updated the counties GIS data is?

Thanks for all your help :)
