State Wiki Page Update

The State Wiki Page for Utah is undergoing a conversion/update to the new State Template.

Information is still being parsed from the old page, and updated. Please take a look at it and let us know if anything needs to be added, or removed.

It is a work in progress, and will be updated daily until it's ready to go live.

The updated wiki page is pretty much ready to be moved into place. There are a couple more items that could be updated, but those can be done as we go.

Please take a look and let me know what you think. If there is approval consensus, I'll have the change-over made.

David, great job on this. I checked it out and I believe you are ready for prime time. Give me the word and I will move it to the main slot and archive the current Utah page.
