• Locking standards section updated with new temp lowered levels, and trimmed out the FC language that's no longer relevant with the FC completion across the state.
• New Speed Limits section. Reading through all the laws, it boils down to 2 defaults for unsigned roads, and everything else is whatever the sign says. I've yet to find a statewide speed limit map or road list; it's possible some counties or cities have one. I know Eagle Mountain published one in 2011.
