That's a good point - I pulled the battery the first time it happened but I have used the power button reset method since.

Initial thoughts.

Night mode, I'd prefer the roads to be colored and the land to be black. Reason being AMOLED screens. Also I don't like the color scheme like that. I like being able to tell a highway from a freeway or a street from a freeway etc.

Thanks for fixing the ETA/Distance area, that is much improved!

The intro video worked for me. So far most of everything works as expected, have more driving to do, but while I had a chance to put a bug in someone's ear, thought I'd give positive feedback of the Text fix and critique of the night mode.

I also enjoy the Wazer icons much more than last Beta. Thanks!

Until next report...

Edit: The text for miles to report is still outside of it's box when the mileage is past 10 miles. Portrait or landscape are both affected.

+1 to skbun as we do need better way of defining the progressions that can occur. That would be a nice adaptation in my opinion.

Night mode feedback:

I personally dislike it as I have already expressed for the fact that I use an AMOLED device. But second, it is nearly impossible to see roads coming up when you are going almost the speed for it to zoom out to hide the smaller roads, but just haven't reached that zoom level... If it wasn't for a route, you'd not know where or when to turn.

The colors of the text for streets is too similar in my opinion, that maybe the colors now for the streets should be the city name color and the city name color the street name color. The city was easier to read than the street name is basically what I'm trying to express.

Again, it is hard to distinguish many features of the map being all blue-ish and I'd prefer to see the black for land and maybe blue-ish tones for roads or green as suggested. Why can't we have customizable night modes like you would for a day mode while we're on that topic. I like the idea of change and trying something, but this isn't something that i find something to rant and rave about at all. Don't try to be like someone else is my opinion and the map colors that you had before is what set this app as different from other apps/products.

Instaled over 106 build.

The new moods name are in english, but the system is set to spanish, this also happen in the "groups menu", "Account & Login", also the "My Friends" in the main menu.

I like the new day map color, have doubts about the nigth color; but i will wait to the afternoon to see how it works with my car dashboard.

Some times being in the nigth mode, set manually, it changes to day mode.

some issues I found with the Beta:
1) New main menu currently useless (HELP & My Friends)
2) I keep on losing my Monster icon every time I restart (Is it because I automatically get a bronz icon for editing last week?)
3) Main Menu > My Waze > Scoreboard:
3a) The level is correct, but the arrow under the icon is wrong the first time in. If you click on "About Levels" and go back, it is correct.
3b) "Your Points:XXXX" does not do anything when you click it.
3c) "Everyone" - Only the top 3 users show their waze icon and it pushes the row too far to the left of the 'rank' column.

Some issues that have been around from before the beta:
1) In landscape mode, the icon swipe only swipes to the middle of the screen, not all the way to the other side
2) Voice navigation over the last few months now includes long pauses for me between "turn right onto...... XXXXX street". There are some parts of my drive where by the time it finishes the audio with these pauses, it is pretty far from where the last instruction should have been said. For instance going through these segments: https://www.waze.com/editor/?zoom=5&lat ... 8,31844748

When I try to share my ride using e-mail, it crashes Waze, no change to the previous version. Get only a box Waze stopped.

I've just send my log files (15:27 GMT+2).

Like the "Test" colors that are available.

Strange problem, not sure if this is the client or the server, see the attachment. I was not moving in a section that has a 80 km limit. The average speed in this section was marked yellow as 101 km/h?

Glad that the speed markers are back, but this value is a little bit strange.

+1

+1 on me too. Also when I report something and have some time later, I can return to my report, add extra info, if it is not there, and that becomes visible.
