After some time I came back to try to install this beta and it's installing. Thanks, Alan.

Are you jailbroken or a standard beta tester?

Same advice as before: upgrading Waze in place often leaves bits of files in place which shouldn't be there, so when major crashing is happening, it's key to delete Waze, reboot, install. Based on your level of experience, I'm sure you've done this, but just in case...

Could you also post your hardware/OS info too, either in a post or sig, so that we could perhaps correlate with other users?

I'm unable to install it even after such instal procedure :(

Crashing for car dock reasons have gone away for me. Using a Belkin FM audio accessory device.

The screen would rotate as I made turns, and it gave proper TTS and turn instructions on the screen were correct, and I could even see my car icon as in 3D mode, I could "see myself in the distance" following my actual location. But no matter what I did, the map lat/lon didn't change.

I uploaded logs for this at around 4:30AM GMT.

Thanks, we're looking into it.

A bug that is also exist in the store version.

If you look at the navigation list, when you planned a route, it's not give any instruction for roundabouts that use exit numbers.

I cannot reproduce this behavior in the beta.

I retract that part of it. Either it has stopped happening sometime today, or it never happened in today's beta and I just didn't test it properly. I was still half asleep when I installed the beta this morning and did a few quick tests.

The part about hitting the sleep button too quickly after switching off stands though.

The switch-off bug really needs to be addressed. Half my battery had been used up before I noticed Waze was still running this morning.

To be clear, this is the behavior:

If you have Waze running, and then switch to another app, then switch back to Waze, then try to switch Waze off, it will start right back up.

This also happens if you switch Waze off and then put the phone to sleep before Waze disappears from the screen. You'll notice your phone getting hot in your pocket after a few minutes. When you wake the phone up, Waze immediately pops back up. Then if you try to shut it down again, it will immediately reopen. The next time you shut it down, it will be completely off.
