Waze keeps crashing when going from landscape to portrait and vice-versa. HTC Wildfire, logs submitted several times.

Also in portrait, when reporting a map error, it's impossible to hit "send" because the button is hidden, you need to put your phone in landscape but it will crash 90% of the time :-(

A quick suggestion that I've not seen mentioned in while, is it possible to add the capability to rearrange your favorites list? As well to edit the name of the favorite without having to remove it and just re-adding it?

Doesn't show as Japanese/Chinese characters on my phone but rather a bunch of symbols.

Short review of some things I tried with new beta. I installed over 3.5 on a skyrocket running a modified stock rom.

1. Landscape now works correctly for me if I minimize waze, do something and then fire it back up. It returns to landscape just fine.
2. Next turn bar is thinner, that is great. But I notice an issue when the name of the exit has more than one line of text, see the attached pic. Maybe the text needs to resize itself.

One suggestion for the next turn info when in landscape mode. It might be nice that if we are more than 5 or 10 miles from the turn, that on screen it only displays the direction and the distance to the turn. Then once we get inside the distance window, the full banner presents itself with the exit name. As someone else suggested in a previous post, we don't need to know for 50 miles what the name of the exit is. If you hide it when outside the window, you could always have a feature that when we tap on the arrow, the banner slides out with the turn name for a couple seconds so you can view it.

One more suggestion, this one for the banner that pops up when you reach your stop. In landscape mode it might be nice for that banner to be vertical and locate it on the left side of the screen, instead of across the top.

Definitely Japanese. The more complex characters are Kanji, very much the same as Chinese because they are mostly borrowed. Some have the same meaning but different sound, some same sound, different meaning. The simpler characters are Hiragana, which is a phonetic alphabet which can be used to make the sounds of all Japanese language and is used for Japanese words where there is no Kanji character. As can Katakana, but that alphabet is reserved for phonetically representing foreign words, where the words are made to sound distinctly like the foreign word. <-This is where Engrish comes from, essentially.

EDIT: There are two katakana characters in there:

Still no sign of name/address info on fuel stations in the search results.

Some gas prices on greater distance of my home are visible, but many are gone. Curious what's happening here.

Other bugs:
Gas prices on map disappear. Happens when you do the following:
1) search for gas station category
2) hit 'map' to show the gas station icons on the map with their prices.
3) Click on one of them to open the popup with the name of the gas station. Don't click on the arrow yet.
4) click elsewhere on the map and all icons and prices will disappear.

Reported in many betas: the Wazer popup bubble floats out if the screen 99% of times in landscape. Please force it to show on the screen.

the phone stays on but the battery dies...i have the samsung s3 but this was also happening to my Evo 4G as well...and it is a new car charger.

I used to have a 0,5A charger and Waze and the charging balance was negative.
Now with my new 1A charger I can run Waze and charge at the same time ;)
