I've put in a couple of hacks to "promote" the hamburger lane. There is an alt-name of "A40 (W)" on the approach from the east - this ensures that the same road name appears right the way through the preferred route. I've also inserted a segment of ramp into the roundabout exit with a different name. These two hacks should cause the Detour Avoidance Mechanism to prefer the route through the middle.
