Locked Segments with incorrect speed limit

Hi,

I've been using Waze for years and love it. I've not done a lot of editing, but I've come across some locked segments which have an incorrect speed limit;

The limit here has been changed to 30mph. I know that there are some roadworks in the area, but the speed limit change seems to be permanent.

Hi there, Waltham Forest Council are changing many of their main roads to 20 mph and some, like the A104 to 30mph. Having spoken to the them the 30 signs are up but not yet enforceable, however I have changed this limit so it isn't so confusing.

This new 30mph is supposed to stretch from the Green Man junction to the A503 Forest Road. If you turn on the Map Comments layer in the editor you can read the Traffic Order associated with these changes.
