Would it be horrendous to leave the slip roads at L3 permanently? It seems it's not unusual for some of them to be closed for maintenance. Some others along the A55 seem to still be at L1!

Another editor has pointed out that you can add/remove closures on segments which are locked to a higher level so there wasn't any need to bother you. Is that a recent change? I'm sure you didn't used to be able to do so...
