Cambridgeshire Unlock request

I would like to be able to edit the following segments.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Down to 1, though I'm unsure if you are able to delete a segment created by another editor until you are L2.

The editor is full of useful error messages that don't relate to the actual issue.

I've set a closure on this segment to prevent immediate routing and will adjust this junction when changes take effect.

The web editor says that I need to be level 6 to edit this section of road.
