Need an L3 or above to join a new road here please, or unlock for me to complete.

A end of Sealy Way needs to join to London Road. All turns allowed.

I've joined it up and also locked it at level 5. That's SOP when the roads don't match the aerials - otherwise someone might "correct" your work.
