I think all segments meeting at a node need to be at your lock level or below before you can change any turn at the node, so I've downlocked both of them.

The two segments should be relocked once you've changed the turn. Could you try an experiment for me? I know you can't relock them to an explicit level above yours. But these segments were automatically locked (as it happens at level 3). Would you try and reinstate the automatic lock once you've finished please? I doubt you'll be allowed to, but it would be nice to have it confirmed.
