You are correct about the hotel, I have edited this. I have chosen 3 categories. Not sure how this works, may search on it when I have time. The first "Hotel" appears in a darker box, so guessing this is the priority?

I'm not sure about "place" categories either, but I think I remember reading that there is a prime category, and then you can add other categories if you wish. But what practical effect these categories have is a mystery to me. I expect there's some documentation somewhere....
