Reason for request: Left turn should be allowed from Gower St into New Oxford St.

There is a UR here stating the turn should be allowed and I can't see anything on streetview dated June 2015 to suggest that it shouldn't be allowed. The right turn out of Gower St is not allowed apart from buses, I wonder if that has caused confusion.
