Level2→L4 Uplock: Hampshire - Basingstoke (New Rd)

Reason for request:

In fixing a UR I've added a short dummy segment to a junction which I'd like uplocking to prevent accidental removal:

I've suggested a L4 lock for these two segments in the subject, but as the highest autolock on nearby segments is 3, L3 lock may be sufficient - expert guidance welcome!
