Level5→L4 Unlock: Hertfordshire - Markyate (B4540 - Markyate

My Level: 4
Reason for request: Please either downlock to L4 or set speed limit to 40mph. It looks like it should only be a L4 road unless it is protecting something that I haven't spotted.

Set to 40 and d/l to Auto(4) as I, too, can't see any reason for a higher level of protection.
