Level4→L3 Unlock: North Yorkshire - Flixton (A1039 - Main St

Reason for request: For some reason, I cannot edit these sections of level 3 road, to add some side roads.

We've seen this before. Although these segments were showing locked at auto(3), they were about to go up to auto(4). I presume that this will happen automatically at some point - possibly during the next map update, or on some other schedule.

But, in the meantime, if you edit them and save, they upgrade to auto(4) - and if you're only L3 the save won't complete. Then, just to confuse you completely, you undo your changes and the segments are back to auto(3) with no clue as to what just happened. :lol:
