Sorry, the URs here are my fault - I'd originally put in a full closure here on October 20th last year, to run for 6 months, then changed it to be southbound only when SBC revised the scheme in February. Athough I'd passed by here a couple of weeks ago to check this southbound closure was still required I'd completely forgotten to extend the expiry date of said closure, so at some point on the 20th it quietly disappeared and allowed southbound routing to occur again in the last couple of days
