Reason for request: To correct the SL to 30mph & split segment at SL change.

A little further down the road... I'd like to simplify this junction to a standard X-roads as there are no special instructions. The dedicated S-W segment isn't needed as the stop line at the same point and the W-N lane that might need KL is not mapped.

It is a little over-complicated but, unless it's actually causing problems, I'd be minded to leave it as-is.

I can't help getting the feeling I've worked on this junction some time in the past, but I'm damned if I can remember why or when.
