I've taken the liberty of changing the speed limit to 20 along Eltham High St between the Well Hall Rd and Footscray Rd junctions as Streetview shows the 20mph road markings.

Well done on finding this forum (although I did tell you where to look )!

The permalink didn't highlight the road segments you needed. Here is a permalink for the two segments north and south of the junction with Eltham High St - permalink

You'll see that the url ends with a series of segment numbers. These identify the road segments that will be highlighted on the map so defines the segments you want downlocked exactly.

I think you had too many layers enabled in WME which may not have helped. You don't need the GPS or Places layers enabled for segment downlock requests. Can you redo the permalink and let us know exactly which segments you want downlocked?

Yes, that's fine. I've downlocked those two segments to L1 so you can change the speed limit.

When you've finished, please let us know so they can be uplocked back to the Auto lock-level.
