L5 update, M1 J11A

Please remove the average speed on both carriageways and and the 4 related cameras.

The cameras have been removed, but the speed is still restricted to 50 until the new junction opens next week.

I can see 6 segments with ASC set. However I can also see 6 cameras and you said 4, so I'm not sure which ones are to go?
