Road Closure - Help

Hi I frequently go through a couple of places where i know there are roads closed and would appreciate it if someone would mark these roads as closed if possible.

The road is Rhodes St Oldham, Manchester. Its only the part between Beaver Street and Wright St though.

And Cardinal street between the same two streets.

The main thing you need todo is post the permalink for the closure so in the first case

We also need to know the reason for closure and the start and finish date and times see this
once we got that info a level 3 editor and above can close if for you :)

Edit: I did check roadworks.org and there was no information re closure
