L3 - L2 Unlock Yeovil

I'm not quite sure why this 'street' locked at level 3, but it needs to be edited to connect the new exit from Tesco. Can someone unlock this so I can make the change?

A L4 editor known as theMadcabbie edited a lot of these segments last month, with some locked at L3 and some at L4. The fact that a PLR is locked at L4 is unusual, to say the least, so I suggest you fire off a PM to theMadcabbie and check why. As you might guess from his name, he is a taxi driver and works most nights, so you could hear back by morning.
