L5 A361 nr Banbury - road connection

Can a L5 please connect this road to the A361? Not sure why this is locked at level 5, as Wazeopedia suggests Minor Highways sit nicely at level 4, so a consideration for restoring these segments to A4 would be appreciated.

I can't see any good reason for the overlocks - probably historic from when the lock level was the level of the last editor, and not noticed since.

Wazzo doesn't recommend L4 for minor highway except under special circumstances - but level 4 is where these segments want to be by auto-locking, so that's where they are now! You can make the connection yourself. :mrgreen:
